I’m thrilled and excited for the opportunity to become a part of the Cleveland EAGLE family as principal of such an amazing school. This year will serve as my 19th year as an educator in the Long Beach Unified School District. I taught for nine years at the elementary and middle school level. I have served as the Assistant Principal at Hamilton Middle School for two years and Stanford Middle School for six years. This past year, I had the opportunity to work in the Employee Support and Investigation Unit in LBUSD’s Human Resource Services department.
I am a strong believer of “teamwork makes the dream work” and that “we can do anything we want as long as we try”. Together, we can and will continue to ensure that all Cleveland students are successful both inside and outside the classroom.
